JRX Fishing Flashers Refund Policy

At JRX Fishing Flashers, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you find yourself needing to return an item, please review our refund policy below:

1. Refunds:

  • We do offer refunds on eligible items.
  •  A 50% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.
  •  Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the item.

2. Eligibility:

  •  To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.
  •  Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receiving the returned item, following inspection and approval.

3. How to Initiate a Refund:

  •  To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at JIM@rixen.com.
  • Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

4. Refund Process:

  •  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, minus the restocking fee and shipping costs.
